What’s the best way to increase employee engagement?
Story
A senior leader was frustrated that he couldn’t motivate some of his key managers. He told us he’d tried everything he knew how to do, but what worked before at his previous job wasn’t working this time.
That’s when he signed up for a Performance Leadership program, which is one of the core areas we cover in our Adaptive Leader Journey.
“This program was really eye-opening to me. So much food for thought. So many actionable takeaways,” he told us.
