What is an Adaptive Leader?

An Adaptive Leader is someone who navigates complexity with curiosity, courage, and care —embracing change not as a Challenge to manage, but as an opportunity to grow. Adaptive challenges involve shifting mindsets, overcoming limiting assumptions, and managing competing commitments that block progress. These challenges require leaders to step beyond what they know, engage with uncertainty, and mobilize others toward new ways of thinking and working.

Adaptive Sprints provide space to break through barriers and experiment with new approaches. Why a Journey?
